Aniimo Known Issues & Fixes: Current Patch Status
Current official fixes and troubleshooting for login, crashes, controllers, error107 and missing progress, checked against the latest patch notes.
Start with the October 15 patch fixes and official troubleshooting below for crashes, Steam controllers, error107 and support reports. Sources were checked October 16; this is not live server monitoring, and a patch-specific fix does not guarantee that every similar symptom has disappeared on every device.
Wrong scene after teleporting: official recovery step
The September 29 and 30 patch notes describe a rare teleportation issue that loads the wrong scene. For that symptom, the official instruction is to go to the Outpost and use the green interaction point to reload the correct scene. This historical guidance is not a fix for every black screen, login error or network failure. If you cannot reach the Outpost, record your client version, server region, destination and screenshot for official support; do not delete saves or unlink your account.
Practical guidance added October 14, 2026 from the dated official sources listed below. Historical fixes and developer plans are not new patch releases or independently tested guarantees.
October 15 patch 1.0.3732728.0: confirmed fixes
| Issue | Official patch status |
|---|---|
| Egg Heist key consumed but door would not open | Listed as fixed |
| Console Holo-Battle or NPC duel crashes | Crash probability reduced |
| Slow Holo-Battle and Egg Heist loading | Loading performance optimized |
| Controller focus could apply Sparkling Sigil to the wrong target | Listed as fixed; still verify the selected target before use |
This was a no-downtime resource update. The official notice asks players to restart the client. A patch note confirms the listed change, but it does not guarantee that every similar symptom on every device has disappeared.
The notice also announces 100 Glimmers for players who registered before the version 1.1 update. Eligibility and delivery come from the official notice; AniimoDex has not tested individual mail delivery.

October 13: investigated reports are not completed fixes
The developer says Aniimo and Chest spawn probabilities have not received numerical changes, while spawn, combat disengagement and aggro reports are being investigated. This is the developer statement, not an independent test or confirmation that every reported symptom is a bug. Rescue improvements and Chaos Mode changes are planned, with no delivery date in this notice.

Official FAQ: symptom, next step and repair status
| Symptom / platform | Official next step | Evidence and limit |
|---|---|---|
| Steam controller not responding | Library > Aniimo > Manage > Properties > Controller > Disable Steam Input; restart | Launch FAQ workaround; not a complete gamepad compatibility list |
| Black screen / crash on PC | Update GPU driver; try DX11 or DX12; disable DLSS / Frame Generation or change anti-aliasing on the login screen | Official troubleshooting, not a guaranteed fix |
| Red glow around eyes | Use Performance graphics or set Global Illumination to the lowest setting | This specific visual symptom, not every red-screen problem |
| Teleport network error107 | Update the official client, retry, then report if it persists | FAQ marks the Idyll teleport issue fixed in 1.0.3551601.0 |
| Steam has no update but game requests one | FAQ says the prompt should not block play; send logs if stuck | Do not download unofficial patches |
| NPC skill / challenge damage not registering | Restart once; if it persists, send logs and reproduction steps | FAQ workaround; no universal quest skip confirmed |
How do I report a bug and find the logs?
Use the in-game Menu > Support or F10. If the game will not open, use the official Support Center linked in Sources or email aniimo_support@aniimo.com. Include platform, version, region/server, UID, error time and reproduction steps. Send account identifiers, receipts and logs privately to official support, not a public comment or AniimoDex.
On Windows, inspect AppData > LocalLow > Aniimo > Aniimo under your own user profile, enabling hidden folders if needed. Look for Player.log / Player-prev.log or player.log / player_prev.log. The FAQ prints a path without the user-name segment; the profile-relative route here clarifies that omission and has not been tested on your installation. If absent, ask support rather than moving or deleting files. After emailing logs, tell the support ticket which sending email you used.
FAQ checked October 11, 2026; the developer post was last edited September 19. These steps are official historical guidance, not proof of a new October bug or repair.

Login, server or connection problems
The official announcement says all servers are live after maintenance, while earlier official patch notes acknowledge frequent disconnects and reconnections. Restart the official client to obtain the latest build, confirm the correct region and server, and record the exact error before reinstalling. A reconnect issue alone does not prove that progress was deleted.
Game will not launch, crashes or runs poorly
Official patch notes list black-screen and red-screen reports. For a black screen, update the graphics driver, try switching between DX11 and DX12, and disable DLSS and Frame Generation on the login screen. For a red screen, the official temporary workaround is Performance mode. Compare your hardware and free storage with the official requirements before changing files or using third-party tools.
Quest or progression appears stuck
For the Android "Stars and Knight" side quest, the official notice advises Performance mode, disabling shadows, or using the upper-right option to skip the scene. For every other quest, AniimoDex has no official universal safe skip: do not delete a character or overwrite a save based on an isolated report.
Multiplayer or cross-platform play does not work
Steam lists cross-platform multiplayer, but the official sources checked here do not document every platform pairing, activity, account-linking step or cross-save rule. Confirm that both players use the same game version and compatible activity before treating a failed invite as a confirmed global bug.
Save, account or purchase progress looks wrong
Cross-save, cross-progression and purchase transfer are not fully documented in the registered official sources. Avoid unlinking accounts or repeating a purchase until the platform receipt, server, account and character are confirmed. See the Progress & Account Safety guide for an evidence-preserving checklist before contacting official support.
What counts as a confirmed known issue?
| Evidence | How AniimoDex labels it |
|---|---|
| Official notice or patch note | Officially confirmed |
| Repeatable test with version, platform and steps | Reproduced test |
| Multiple community posts without reproducible evidence | Community report only |
| One post, screenshot or search snippet | Not listed as a confirmed issue |
